Meet Steven Timm, a dynamic and experienced member of the Holt Real Estate Team. A licensed residential real estate agent since 2019, Steven specializes in single-family homes, duplexes, condos, and vacant land. His extensive background in property management, multifamily maintenance, and leasing equips him with a unique perspective on the needs of both homeowners and investors.
Steven’s commitment to excellence is evident in his achievements. During his leasing career, he earned "Property of the Year" and multiple awards for leasing excellence, a testament to his dedication to delivering exceptional results. He also holds industry-leading certifications, including the Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) and Accredited in Multifamily Maintenance Excellence (AIME), highlighting his expertise in property care and management.
In addition to serving clients, Steven is passionate about education and mentoring. He tutors aspiring agents, helping them prepare for the Wisconsin State and National real estate exams, demonstrating his commitment to supporting the next generation of real estate professionals.
Outside of real estate, Steven is an active HAM radio operator (Callsign: KD9MWZ) and a proud member of the 4 Lakes Amateur Radio Club. He also serves as Advocate for the Knights of Columbus St. Joseph’s Council #4586, where he is a 4th Degree member.
