Born and raised on Madison’s East Side, Akeem is a fourth-generation Purgolder with deep roots and a true passion for his hometown community.
After college, Akeem traded Wisconsin winters for the jungles of Panama, spending time on a coffee farm harvesting and sorting beans while immersing himself in a new culture and building lasting connections with people from around the world.
Back in Madison, Akeem jumped into the local food scene at Banzo (if you know, you know!), where he spent eight incredible years sharpening his customer service skills, coordinating unforgettable events, and helping operate their award-winning food cart — a seven-time Madison Magazine Best Food Cart winner.
Today, Akeem brings that same energy, hospitality, and care to the world of real estate. His passion for service, love of people, and tireless work ethic shine through in every interaction.
